The purpose of this risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) guide is to help you run an interactive radio chat show programme to provide communities with timely, accurate information about the new coronavirus. It can also be used to collect feedback from communities on the perceptions, questions, suggestions and rumours circulating within communities about the new coronavirus and counter misinformation and rumours.
